BULLY THE DAY
Fred B., shirtless in black and white, standing in front of the words Bully The Day

Don't wait for the day to be easy.Make yourself harder to stop.

Built on perseverance. This is not fashion.

The first drop

Wear the
standard.

The shirts aren't the point. The work is. This is just the reminder.

The Classic Tee

Crest on the chest. The standard on your back.

Black tee, built for the gym, the errands, and every ordinary day in between.

What it means

Don't survive
the day. Take it.

Set the tone

Most people tolerate the day. They let it happen to them. Bully The Day means you move first. Start with a win in the gym, big or small, and carry that momentum into everything after.

Stay in today

It's also what keeps you grounded. You don't have to solve the whole week or carry the whole year. You only have to win today. Do that enough times and the rest takes care of itself.

  1. Win the day.
  2. The week.
  3. The month.
  4. The year.

One day at a time. Bully The Day.

#DocumentingTheJourney

Three years
of showing up.

Bully The Day didn't come out of a marketing meeting. It came out of the gym.

For three years I documented the work. The good days, the flat days, the progress, and all the ordinary mornings in between. The hashtag went on almost everything I posted.

Then people started saying it back. At the gym. In public. In the comments.

"Hey, Bully The Day."

That's when it stopped being a hashtag. So I put it on a shirt.

It's just a shirt. The work is under it.
